Trade — Import & Export

We source globally and move goods into the region. We handle the commercial and documentary side end to end — from the first approach to a manufacturer through to the shipment arriving in a warehouse, with the landed cost understood before anyone commits.

Food Sourcing & Distribution

We pick food products with a real reason to be on a shelf, secure the rights to bring them into the region, and build the distribution behind them. We prefer a buy-and-resell model over consignment — the distributor owns the stock, while we keep the documentation, registration and supply side sound.

IT & Infrastructure Services

Project management and low-voltage systems. We survey, design and supervise delivery of structured cabling, fiber-optic backbone and building systems — and we hand the work over documented and tested, not merely installed.

Company

From one establishment to three divisions.

The business started small and broad, looking for anything that would bring genuine value to its customers. That instinct has not changed. What has changed is the discipline behind it.

    Restructured from an establishment into a company under the name Art Block General Trading Company.

    Three divisions operating out of Kuwait — trade, food distribution and infrastructure services — with regional rights for Asil Mutfak.

How we work

  • We only take on what we can service Regional rights are an obligation, not a trophy. We do not take a line unless the supply, paperwork and channel are ready behind it.
  • Buy-and-resell, not consignment A distributor who owns their stock actually sells it. That protects both sides from ageing inventory and expiry problems.
  • Documentation before shipment Halal, certificates of origin, lab reports, bilingual labelling and the registration file — all settled before a container is booked, not after.
  • One point of accountability Whether it is a shipment or a cabling project, one person carries it from start to handover.
